1. These terms

These terms apply when you use this website or purchase a Holy Grail Box Co. subscription. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.

2. The subscription

Holy Grail Box Co. is a monthly trading-card subscription. Each box is curated and its exact contents vary. Images, featured cards, packs and potential values shown on the site are illustrative; a particular card, player, pack, grade, rarity or resale value is not guaranteed unless we expressly say otherwise.

3. Prices and payment

The price and currency shown for your selected destination are the recurring monthly charge and include the shipping amount applied at checkout. You authorise our payment processor to charge your selected payment method when you subscribe and on each monthly renewal until cancellation.

Prices may change for future billing periods. We will give reasonable notice of a material subscription-price change and you may cancel before it takes effect.

4. Renewals, plan changes and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically each month. You can update payment details, change plans or cancel through the Manage subscription link on our website. Plan changes apply to the next renewal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the next billing date. A cancellation does not ordinarily refund a charge already processed or stop a box associated with that charge, however contact us here if you need help.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch each box within seven days after the associated subscription charge succeeds. Delivery times after dispatch are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather and other events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and updating it before your next charge. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or outdated address may be charged where permitted by law. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges not collected at checkout.

6. Problems with a box

If a box is damaged, materially different from its description or does not arrive, contact us here promptly with your order details and relevant photos. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns are not available for opened packs or boxes unless we agree otherwise or the law requires it.

7. Website and intellectual property

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site where reasonably necessary. The site’s branding, written content, artwork and design belong to Holy Grail Box Co. or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Product and league names may belong to their respective owners.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, speculative resale value, or delays outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not limit your non-excludable consumer rights.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the date published. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, and nothing prevents you from relying on mandatory rights available where you live.
